Meet our senior pastors.

Pastor Levon M. Dozier is the Lead Pastor of The ROCK Global Outreach Ministries and Overseer of The ROCK at Evansville and The ROCK at Northern Kentucky. Pastor Levon was born and raised in Clarksville, Tennessee and moved to Evansville, Indiana with his family as a teen. At 18, he was saved and started doing work for God at Progressive Holy Temple under the leadership of Apostle William W. Simmons Sr. At Progressive Holy Temple, Pastor Levon met his wife, Pastor Shanese Dozier.

Pastor Shanese Dozier is an Evansville, Indiana native and grew up in her father's church, Progressive Holy Temple, under the direction of Apostle William W. Simmons Sr., Overseer of The ROCK Global Outreach Ministries Incorporated. Pastor Shanese is a gifted Pastor of The ROCK Global Outreach Ministries, a Psalmist, and a Speaker.

Pastor Levon Dozier and Pastor Shanese Dozier have 4 children who are all actively involved in The ROCK Global Outreach Ministries.
